The Company was formed out of a desire of its founder, Mr. Ahluwalia, to offer cutting-edge, environmentally sound paper recycling facilities to recycle paper and manufacture recycled paper products across the United States. Although the Company has started its initial operations and finalized an initial facilitydesign, it has yet to build any plants or engage in any recycling within a host community.
