The New Africa Petroleum, Corp. was incorporated in the State of The Delaware on March 2, 2020. We plan to engage in the drilling, acquisition, reworking, deepening and completion of oil and natural gas properties in the United States. We may also enter into operating agreements with parties for execution of projects. Our primary focus is in the Mississippi and West and South Texas areas. We intend to interview investment partners to capitalize on current opportunities and provide equipment and manpower to drill, workover and revitalize wells at reasonably cost efficient manner.
