We have not selected any business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target. While we may pursue an acquisition in any industry or geography, we intend to capitalize on the deep expertise, experience and network of our management team and our board of directors to effect a successful business combination, with a focus on opportunities in the global energy transition ecosystem.
