The holding company for BayVanguard Bank (the "Bank"), today reported net income of $3.9 million, or $0.52 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 compared to net income of $2.8 million, or $0.37 per diluted share, for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. Net income for the six-month period ended June 30, 2023 was $7.0 million or $0.94 per diluted share compared to net income of $5.2 million or $0.70 per diluted share for the six-month period ended June 30, 2022.
