Our Operating Subsidiaries are (i) Xinzhan, which was incorporated in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, PRC on March 31, 2016 under the laws of the PRC, (ii) Park Ha Jiangsu, which was incorporated in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province, PRC on August 13, 2019, and (iii) Park Ha Shanghai, which was incorporated in Shanghai, PRC on April 17, 2017.
