The world’s leading driver of technology and innovation, yet our defense and intelligence (“D&I”) industry remains highly insular, disconnected from these innovations and innovators. Despite a trillion dollars spent each year, the United States is rapidly losing the innovation war, placing our security and freedoms in jeopardy. There is a widely acknowledged and urgent imperative to reconnect the demand for technological transformation in national security to America’s most innovative entrepreneurs.
