An offshore holding company incorporated in Cayman Islands, conducting our operation in the People’s Republic of China (“PRC”) through our PRC subsidiaries and Shenzhen Pai Ming Electronics Co., Ltd. (“Pai Ming Shenzhen”), our variable interest entity (the “VIE”). To comply with PRC laws and regulations, we control our VIE through certain contractual arrangements dated December 14, 2020, and the main contribution of our VIE is to hold such ICP license, allowing us to provide internet information services through our e-commerce platform.
