A commodity pool that issues Shares that may be purchased and sold on NYSE Arca. The investment objective of the Fund is to have the daily changes in the Shares’ NAV reflect the daily changes of the price of the Benchmark Bitcoin Futures Contracts. Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests in Bitcoin Futures Contracts and cash and cash equivalents. The Fund is organized as a series of the Trust, a Delaware statutory trust organized on September 11, 2009. The Trust and the Fund operate pursuant to the Trust Agreement, dated April 26, 2019. The Fund was formed and is managed and controlled by the Sponsor, a limited liability company formed in Delaware on July 28, 2009.
