A commodity pool that issues Shares that may be purchased and sold on NYSE Arca. The investment objective of the Fund is to have the daily changes in the Shares’ NAV reflect the daily changes of the price of the Benchmark Water Futures Contracts, as described below. The Benchmark for the Fund is sometimes referred to as the Teucrium Water Index (“TWWTR”). Under normal market conditions, the Fund invests in Water Futures Contracts and cash and cash equivalents. The Fund is organized as a series of the Trust, a Delaware statutory trust organized on September 11, 2009.
