We have not selected any specific business combination target and we have not, nor has anyone on our behalf, initiated any substantive discussions, directly or indirectly, with any business combination target. We may pursue an initial business combination target in any industry or sector, but we expect to focus on acquiring a business combination target that is a Minority Owned Business, such that, immediately following the completion of our initial business combination, our company would qualify as a Minority Controlled Business, with an enterprise value of approximately $250 million to $500 million.
