We are an operator of high-end cinemas in southern China. Since we commenced our business in 2012, we have been developing and operating cinemas on leased commercial properties and generating revenue mostly from ticket sales for motion pictures screened in our cinemas, concession sales of food and beverages as well as related movie-based merchandise at our cinemas.
