An offshore holding company incorporated in the Cayman Islands. We have no material operations of our own and conduct substantially all of our operations through the Chinese operating entities. Investors in our ordinary shares are purchasing equity interests in the Cayman Islands holding company, and not in the Chinese operating entities. We directly hold 100% equity interests in the Chinese operating entities and do not currently adopt VIE contractual agreements between the entities that may adversely affect investors or the value of their investment. Through the Chinese operating entities, we manage and operate six properties consisting of amusement parks, water parks and complementary recreational facilities.
